Zion Williamson showcased his talent with a dazzling 28-point performance, including a jaw-dropping alley-oop dunk that ignited the Barclays Center crowd as New Orleans secured a victory over Brooklyn.

Contributions from CJ McCollum, Larry Nance Jr., Brandon Ingram, and Herb Jones propelled the Pelicans to their third consecutive win and seventh in their last eight games. The team’s strong performance puts them in fifth place in the competitive Western Conference standings.

Despite a valiant effort from Cam Thomas and Mikal Bridges, who combined for 40 points, the Nets suffered their fourth consecutive defeat. Brooklyn struggled to find its rhythm, shooting just 36.9% from the field, while the Pelicans maintained a solid 50.6% shooting percentage.

New Orleans established a commanding 24-point lead in the second quarter and maintained a comfortable 19-point advantage at halftime. Although the Nets mounted a comeback with an 11-4 run to start the third quarter, the Pelicans remained in control and secured the win.
