The NFL had a record-setting draft for quarterbacks this year, selecting six in the top 12 picks. However, after two weeks of the season, these rookie quarterbacks have not made much of an impact.

None of the rookie quarterbacks has yet thrown a touchdown pass.

Caleb Williams from Chicago, Jayden Daniels from Washington, and Bo Nix from Denver have all started two games but haven’t managed to throw a touchdown.

Drake Maye from New England and Michael Penix from Atlanta are backups who have not played yet. J.J. McCarthy from Minnesota is out for the season due to a knee injury.

Among the starters, Daniels has the best stats with a 75.5 percent completion rate, 410 yards, and no interceptions. Nix has a 59.7 percent completion rate, 384 yards, and four interceptions. Williams has a 56.1 percent completion rate, 267 yards, and two interceptions.

It is too early to make any judgments about these rookies’ future prospects based on just two games. However, it would be great to see one of them throw a touchdown pass soon.
