Arsenal and Aston Villa are Considering a £25 Million Deal for World Cup Winner

Arsenal and Aston Villa are said to be planning a ‘very big offer’ for Atletico Madrid star and World Cup-winning fullback Nahuel Molina come 2024.

Aston Villa may be turning their full attention to another member of Argentina’s World Cup-winning backline after having strong talks with Marcos Acuna in the final weeks of the summer window.

Nahuel Molina, the highly active right-back, had a fantastic 2022/23 season for both his club and country. Because of his impressive performance, Atletico Madrid is thinking about extending his contract, even though it still has four years remaining, despite interest from Italian and English clubs.

Now, here is some news about Nahuel Molina: He might sign a new contract to stay at the Wanda Metropolitano until 2029. But there are other teams like Aston Villa, Arsenal, Manchester City, and now Juventus, who are interested and might make big offers next year.

Arsenal and Aston Villa are Interested in Nahuel Molina

In his first season under Diego Simeone, Molina scored 4 goals. He assisted on 4 more. The 25-year-old would provide Unai Emery with some much-needed Matty Cash competition at Aston Villa.

Arsenal, on the other hand, lacks a right-sided full-back by natural birth. Although Takehiro Tomiyasu, Ben White, and Jurrien Timber, all three of whom shone in Japan’s 4-1 thrashing of Germany, are all capable of thriving in a wider role.

It was reported that Arsenal was interested in Molina before he left Udinese for Atletico Madrid in 2022. According to Marca, the Gunners even made a bid. However, Atletico Madrid won the race, paying £14 million and sending Nahuel Perez to Udinese as part of the deal.

But there is a catch. Atletico Madrid could face a problem if Arsenal decides to show interest again soon because there’s a release clause in Molina’s contract for just £25 million.

A Good Bargain of £25 Million

Molina once mentioned to Tuttosport that he admires attacking full-backs like Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold, Chelsea’s Reece James, and Manchester City’s Joao Cancelo and Kyle Walker. His admiration for these talented full-backs is reflected in his own bold style of play on the field.

We cannot be sure who will win if Arsenal and Aston Villa want to get Nahuel Molina for £25 million. It depends on how they work out the deal, what Molina wants, and what the teams decide. We will only find out when everything is finished, and we see how good Molina plays for his new team.

Postecoglou Has Mentioned that Tottenham Players Do Not Find it Fun to Train Against 25-year-old

The coach of Tottenham Hotspur, Ange Postecoglou, said that some players on the team do not enjoy training with Cristian Romero.

Ange Postecoglou, the coach of Tottenham Hotspur, has said openly on talkSPORT that Cristian Romero, who plays for both the team and Argentina, is a very hard competitor in the game.

He said something about Cristian Romero, who plays as a defender for Tottenham Hotspur. He said that Romero is very competitive and he is a strong player on the team.

Ange Postecoglou, the coach of Tottenham Hotspur

Postecoglou thinks Yves Bissouma, who plays in midfield and comes from Mali, did a very good job when he started training with the team after Ange became the manager in the summer of 2023.”

He also mentioned that this 27-year-old player has been doing very well during their training sessions.

Ange Postecoglou was talking about Yves Bissouma.

Postecoglou has also mentioned that there was a time when Bissouma was late for training, but he has not repeated such a mistake.

So far, Bissouma has made a total of four good appearances in the Premier League this season. This is what Coach Postecoglou said about him, ‘Bissouma has been with us right from the beginning.

“I talked to him and said, ‘You have been training very well with the younger players that you can be a leader in this team.’

“I already knew he was a good player, but the way he was training.

“He was late the next morning, so I told him, ‘Being a leader means coming on time.’

“And he has been doing very well since then. So, there are always lessons to be learned.”

Yves Bissouma is Doing Really Well at Tottenham Now

Yves Bissouma is playing very well for Tottenham Hotspur as it stands right now, and he is getting even better with his coach Ange Postecoglou.

Bissouma had a very hard time playing many games for Spurs when Antonio Conte was the coach last season. Of course, there were also records bordering on injury issues.

Yves Bissouma (Credits: The Independent)

Bissouma had to make a move to Tottenham from Premier League strong opponents Brighton and Hove Albion in the summer of 2022.

The defensive midfielder played in the starting lineup ten times and came off the bench thirteen times in the Premier League for Tottenham in the previous season.

Also, during the previous season, the defensive midfielder from Mali made three substitute appearances for the North London team in the UEFA Champions League.

As it stands now, Bissouma and Spurs are having a good time.

In the coming weeks and months, it will be very interesting to see if the defensive midfielder can continue to produce at a very high level.

This season, Tottenham’s number one priority is to place in the top four in the Premier League standings.

Hansi Flick Was Fired as Manager of Germany Barely Nine Months Before the Country’s Hosting of the European Championships

Since their World Cup group stage exit, Germany has lost to Belgium, Poland, Colombia, and Japan. Hansi Flick was hired in 2021 after winning the Champions League with Bayern Munich. Germany was defeated 4-1 by Japan on Saturday in a friendly.

Just nine months before the start of their home European Championships next summer, Germany fired manager Hansi Flick.

On Saturday, the former manager of Bayern Munich witnessed his team lose disgracefully to Japan at home by a score of 4-1.

After losing in the group stage of the 2018 World Cup, Germany has lost four of their last five games.

Because I value Hansi Flick and his assistant coaches, it is one of the hardest decisions I have made during my tenure in office thus far. But the DFB’s ultimate priority is sporting achievement. Therefore, the choice was inevitable.

Marcus Sorg and Danny Rohl, Flick’s assistant coaches, have been fired immediately. The DFB continued, “The goal is to arrange Hansi Flick’s successor.”

Since taking over for Joachim Low in August 2021, whom he assisted from 2006 to 2014, Flick has won just 12 of his 25 matches.

At the beginning of his tenure, the 58-year-old oversaw eight straight victories, but at the World Cup in Qatar, Germany could not advance after losing to Japan, drawing with Spain, and defeating Costa Rica.

The only other countries they have defeated in the last 12 months are Oman and Peru.

When Will Euro 2024 Begin?

The final tournament draw will take place at Hamburg’s Elbphilharmonie in December 2023. As the hosts and automatic seed in pot 1, Germany will be in position A1.

The three play-off winners will be put into pot 4 for the draw, even though they won’t be known at the time of the draw.

Who is Hans-Dieter Flick?

Flick served five years in midfield for Bayern throughout the 1980s, making 137 matches while working with teammates to win four Bundesliga championships and the German Cup.

Flick helped Joachim Löw, the coach of the German national team, from the year 2006 to 2014. This means he knows some of Bayern’s best players very well. He is known for motivating them to win big tournaments like the Bundesliga and the Champions League.

To have an impact on the nation’s capital, Montgomery has already stated his goal.

A Front Foot Manager

“Nick is welcomed to Hibernian FC, and we are really excited about bringing him to the football club,” stated Brian McDermott, the director of football at Hibernian. I’ve been following Nick’s career for a while now.

He was a leader when he played and has carried that trait to his managing and coaching careers.

He is a front-foot manager, and what he accomplished at Central Coast Mariners last season. He has a really powerful, distinct style of play.”Everyone has bought into it as a coach.

He developed a great relationship with fans, players, and staff. He’s a good manager, which has seen him bring the best out of the players he’s worked with. We want to collaborate with him and deliver success to this team.

Jay Bothroyd Hopes Arsenal To Acquire A New Striker From Brentford

Jay Bothroyd wants Arsenal, which is being led by Mikel Arteta, to get Ivan Toney from Brentford. The one-time Arsenal young player has pointed out the good things about Ivan Toney that would make him a very good addition to Arsenal.

The Pundit from Sky Sports mentioned that Toney is a very good goal scorer, and physically, he is so strong. He believes that Toney would build up Arsenal’s attacking capabilities.

Jay Bothroyd Wants Ivan Toney, Who plays for Brentford, to Join Arsenal

It Is interesting to know that there have been reports suggesting that Arsenal is interested in signing the English national team striker.

In August 2023, The Times newspaper said that Arsenal might try to consider signing Toney in the January transfer window.

Currently, the 27-year-old has been suspended and will not be able to play until January 2024.

The Times newspaper also said that Brentford is demanding a sum of up to £80 million for the English national team player.

Bothroyd made a comment about Toney on Sky Sports: “He is good when it comes to goals scoring, he scores so many of it, he is physically strong and balanced, and he leads the forward line very effectively.

“If you place him in any of the top teams, he will likely score at least twenty goals in the Premier League every season. He is also skilled at taking penalties.

“I really hope Arsenal will go ahead to sign him.”

Arsenal Might Find it Complicated Signing Ivan Toney in January 2024

We do not think it will be simple for Arsenal to get Ivan Toney from Brentford, a team in the same city and league, in the January transfer window.

To begin with, Ivan Toney would not have been part of the Brentford team for many months.

Would the striker actually want to leave Brentford under these circumstances? Secondly, Brentford might not want to sell the striker in the middle of the season, no no.

Come January, Brentford could be aiming to secure a spot in the top positions of the Premier League. The London team can come up with the idea to hold off on selling Toney until the summer that comes after.

Besides, Arsenal might not be ready to spend £80 million on a striker during a season in which he has not played a single minute. Of course, we know it cannot be possible… Let us hold on and see what will be their next move. Just stick around for more updates.

Martin Keown Praises a Defender that Arsenal Passed Up for Jurrien Timber

Martin Keown is very happy about Marc Guehi, a player that Arsenal was interested in signing from Crystal Palace during the summer transfer window.

Arsenal was said to be interested in bringing Marc Guehi from their London and Premier League rivals, Crystal Palace, during the summer of 2023.

Arsenal Was Rumored to Be Considering a Summer Transfer for Marc Guehi, a Defender from Crystal Palace

In a report that comes from an Italian journalist, Fabrizio Romano, on CaughtOffside, Arsenal at first considered signing Marc Guehi before they ended up choosing Jurrien Timber.

Timber, who was signed from Ajax during the summer transfer window, is at the moment dealing with an injury.

Romano, in his statement, said: “Guehi was among the players Arsenal was thinking about in May, with likes of Mohamed Simakan and Aymeric Laporte, but they finally chose Jurrien Timber in a very definitive manner.”

Guehi has received an invitation to be part of the England national team for their upcoming international games.

Gareth Southgate’s team will play Ukraine in a Euro 2024 qualification match on Saturday.

The 23-year-old center-back might be in the first squad lineup for the England national team. Guehi has already made up to four appearances for the England national team.

What is Martin Keown’s Opinion on Marc Guehi?

Keown, a one-time Arsenal player and pundit on talkSPORT, seems to think highly of Guehi, but he believes Guehi should be stronger in heading the ball.

Keown went further to say that: “Guehi, the 23-year-old, is very fast, agile, and can handle the ball easily, but he should put more effort into his ability to win headers.” We think that Arsenal should keep an eye on Marc Guehi.

What is Martin Keown's Opinion on Marc Guehi?
Martin Keown (Credits: TEAMtalk)

Yes, Arsenal, at the moment, has many options in central defense, but it is always good to be prepared for anything that may happen in the future. And Guehi is still just 23 years old.

The English international center-back has played in 77 Premier League matches throughout his entire career.

The young player so far has scored three goals, he has provided one assist, and he has helped keep 18 clean sheets in those matches.

In another development, it has been gathered that Jay Bothroyd wants Arsenal, the team coached by Mikel Arteta, to get Ivan Toney from Brentford. Bothroyd, who used to be a prospect for Arsenal, thinks Toney has really good qualities that will be helpful to Arsenal.

The Sky Sports expert says that Toney is really good at scoring goals and is physically strong. He thinks that having Toney on the team would make Arsenal better at attacking. Keep an eye out for more news.

Gabriel, a central defender for Arsenal, just recently played his first game for the Brazil national team, and the media has been saying many good things about how he played.

Gabriel, that is very good and a key player for Arsenal, played for Brazil against Bolivia. This was the first time that the central defender from Arsenal played for his country. Brazil was supposed to win the match, and they did not disappoint us.

The Seleção  won by beating Bolivia 5-1 in the 2026 World Cup qualification match.

Neymar, that used to play for Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain and is at at now playing for Al-Hilal in a league in Saudi Arabia, scored two goals.

Real Madrid’s forward Rodrygo also scored two goals. Barcelona’s winger Raphinha also scored a goal. Arsenal’s center-back Gabriel began the match in the defense. The Brazilian player, who earns £100,000 per week according to SalarySport, had to leave the game due to an injury.

Gabriel suffered a blow early on.

In the fifth minute of the game, Diego Ibanez from Bolivia could not get the ball and accidentally hit Gabriel in the chest with his right knee. However, the Arsenal defender returned from the injury and continued playing until the final stages of the game.

The report said: “He handled the ball very well when he was in a position of it and did a good job when they wanted him to defend actively. The Arsenal player played very solid.”

“Pundit Feed rated the Arsenal player 6.5 out of 10 for his special day. They said: ‘He got a very tough hit to his ribs at the early stage of the game, but he kept playing and stopped Marcelo Martins from scoring. Sadly, he had to leave the match because of an injury later.’

Brazil is a much stronger team than Bolivia, so it was very obvious that they would win. Gabriel must be very happy with how his first game for Brazil turned out. The Arsenal player is just 25 years old. The defender’s best years are still ahead of him.

We think that Gabriel can turn out to be a very important player for the Brazil national team in the near future. Do not forget to always come around so that you can get further updates.

After Tottenham Hotspur’s Interest, a Player Earning £200,000 Per Week Has Been Left Out by His Club

Ange Postecoglou used to work with Jota at Celtic, and it did not shock us when we found out that Tottenham Hotspur wanted to get the winger during the summer transfer season. Ange Postecoglou became the head coach of Tottenham in the summer.

Postecoglou had previously worked with Jota at Celtic. Jota is still playing for Al Ittihad, but it is not clear what will happen to him at the Saudi Arabian club. There is more about this update, which you must read further to get the full gist!

Former Celtic Player Named Jota is Being Talked about as a Possible Transfer to Tottenham Hotspur this Summer

On August 25, 90min reported that Tottenham Hotspur was thinking about adding Jota to their team shortly after he had left Celtic to join Al Ittihad.

Al Ittihad, a team in a league in Saudi Arabia, was okay with letting the winger go play for another team on loan, even though they had just signed him from Celtic a short while ago.

The Scottish Sun mentioned that Al Ittihad paid Celtic £25 million to bring Jota to their team, and they are paying the 24-year-old Portuguese winger £200,000 per week as his salary.”

Spurs did not end up signing Jota. Instead of Spur signing him, the team from North London signed Brennan Johnson, who is a forward from Wales, from another Premier League team, Nottingham Forest.

Jota is Having a Tough Time at Al Ittihad at the Moment

According to journalist Hattan Al Najjar, Al Ittihad has chosen not to put Jota in any of their league matches from now on. Luiz Felipe, who came from Real Betis, is now going to step in for the player who used to be at Celtic in the team.

The Sun also reported that the 24-year-old winger has taken part in five matches for Al Ittihad, playing a total of 133 minutes, and from all these, he scored just one goal.

Diogo Jota

Something very interesting is that the team Al Ittihad is now being coached by Nuno, who used to be in charge at Tottenham. Nuno helped The Tigers win the Saudi Pro League championship in the 2022-23 season.

Even when Nuno was with Tottenham Hotspur, he played his role very well, and he was credited for the good role he played with the team.

If he led the Tigers to the stage of winning the Saudi Pro League championship, then he will do even more for Al Ittihad. We will give you more updates based on this development as we hear them. Try and stick around.

James Maddison Says He is Not at the Same Level as a Player Tottenham Sold for £17 Million

Tottenham Hotspur has a new player, his name is James Maddison. He keeps reasoning that he plays like Christian Eriksen, but he does not want to make it obvious he is as good as him.

Spurs paid £40 million to get the 26-year-old player in June because their manager, Ange Postecoglou, saw a very nice chance when Leicester City got relegated.

Even though Maddison played very well, which we know he did, Leicester City went down to the Championship after they finished the Premier League season just two points behind Everton.

He scored ten goals. He helped with nine assists in the 2022/23 season. That was his second-best season for scoring goals, and his finest was when he scored twelve goals in thirty-five games during the 2021/22 season.

He has never created more than eight assists in the top league as long as we can remember.

James Maddison Says He is Not at the Same Level as a Player Tottenham Sold for £17 Million.
James Maddison

Could Maddison Become the Player Tottenham Has Been Waiting for Since Eriksen Left?

Maddison has started his journey in North London very well. He has scored two goals and assisted two times in four games. He gave two assists in his first game against Brentford and then scored a goal each against AFC Bournemouth and Burnley.

Maddison’s great beginning in London makes it look like he could be the player Tottenham has been deliberately searching for since Eriksen left.

Eriksen, who is now 31, was a really good player when he was at White Hart Lane. He left Spurs in January 2020 after being there for seven years, and he went to Inter Milan in a £17 million deal.

Tottenham spent £11.5 million to bring Eriksen from AFC Ajax when he was 21 years old in August 2013. During his time at Tottenham, the Danish player, who earned 121 caps for his national team, scored 51 goals and provided 67 assists in 226 Premier League matches.

So far, in all competitions, he has contributed so well by scoring 69 goals and 90 assists in 305 of his appearances for the Spurs.

They have always had that kind of player,” Maddison told the Independent. “A midfielder who wants to create, entertain the fans, and have a strong presence on the field.

Good words about Chelsea’s Defender Levi Colwill

Terry also mentioned that he Is a big fan of Reece James. The former English international defender thinks that for Chelsea fans to see Reece James at his best, he needs to avoid getting injured.

James, who is 23 years old, is considered one of the top right-backs. The issue with this English defender is that he has faced injury troubles.

Levi Colwill is a Real Talent

We think Levi Colwill has a lot of promise and could become a standout player for Chelsea and England in the future.

The 20-year-old has been selected to join the England team for their upcoming international matches. This is a big opportunity for a player who Is only 20 years old and is just beginning his career.

Colwill played for another team called Brighton and Hove Albion last season while still being a Chelsea player. And he was really happy with how he performed.

The defender has now become an important part of Chelsea’s defense and is playing regularly under manager Mauricio Pochettino. The 20-year-old has appeared in four Premier League matches for Chelsea this very season.

Colwill has played in 21 Premier League games throughout his career. In those matches, the defender has helped create two goals for his teammates and made sure the other team didn’t score in four of them.

In another development, Martin Keown really likes Chelsea’s central defender, Levi Colwill. The Arsenal legend, in an article for The Daily Mail, has said that Chelsea’s central defender Levi Colwill is a hidden hot cake.

The talkSPORT expert said that Colwill is a really good defender who can do everything he needs to do.

The 20-year-old has taken part in four Premier League matches for Chelsea. In Keown’s words: “Colwill, who’s the youngest of this group at 20, has been brought into the team quickly. He has all the skills needed except for experience.”

He happens to be the most exciting out of these four, but we have to be careful because he has only played 21 games in the Premier League.

Lionel Messi Shares His Opinion on a 25-Year-Old Tottenham Hotspur Player

Lionel Messi thinks Cristian Romero, who plays for Tottenham Hotspur and the Argentina team, is really, really good!

The football player who used to play for Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain says that right now, Cristian Romero from Tottenham Hotspur is the very best defender in the whole world! This was reported in The London Evening Standard.

Lionel Messi, who used to play for Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain, now plays for Inter Miami in Major League Soccer. He also plays alongside Cristian Romero from Tottenham Hotspur when they both represent the Argentina national soccer team.

Both Messi and Romero played really well for Argentina in a game against Ecuador during the CONMEBOL 2026 World Cup qualification.

Messi admires Tottenham’s Central Defender Cristian Romero.

Messi scored a very nice free kick to win the game, and Romero, who is 25 years old, was solid in defense for Argentina.

Romero was really good at stopping the other team from scoring. He was smart and fearless when he tried to take the ball away from the other players.

Messi said this about Romero: ‘In my opinion, he is the best defender in the world at the moment.’ You played very well tonight, and you are the best player in the game.

Also Read: Jude Bellingham Impressed by Liverpool’s £119,000 Weekly Salary Offer to Star Player.

Romero Will Remain Player for Tottenham

Cristian Romero has faced some doubters in the Premier League, but when Lionel Messi says he is the best defender in the world, that is a really big deal.

Messi is one of the best players ever, and when he says Romero is the world’s top defender, it really shows how great Romero is, and that goes a long way. The defender has played 53 games in the Premier League during his career.

Romero has scored three goals, he has helped with one assist, and he has prevented the other team from scoring in 13 of those matches.”

And in another development, Darren Bent, a pundit on TalkSPORT, said he would not want Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal to get Richarlison from Ange Postecoglou’s Tottenham Hotspur.

Bent, who used to play for Tottenham Hotspur and is a strong fan of Arsenal, has mentioned that he’d prefer to see Folarin Balogun at the Emirates Stadium rather than Richarlison.

Arsenal went on to sell a player named Balogun, who plays for the USA national team. He now plays for AS Monaco after a transfer in the summer.

The talkSPORT expert shared his own opinion about Richarlison when they asked him which player he would not want Arsenal to sign the most: Manchester United’s Jadon Sancho, Richarlison, or Chelsea’s Mykhailo Mudryk.

Bent chose the Brazilian forward who earns £175,000 per week, according to SalarySport.” It is interesting because Richarlison mentioned in September 2022 that Arsenal wanted to sign him before he joined Tottenham in the summer of 2022.

The Brazilian forward mentioned that even Chelsea was also interested in signing him. The pundit said on talkSPORT, during a particular show at 5:45 pm on September 7, 2023, ‘Richarlison? No, I’d choose to have Balogun, who just left. I’d choose Nketiah and Gabriel Jesus ahead of him.’

After the Spaniard was kissed without her permission by the president of the Spanish FA after the Women’s World Cup final, Jenni Hermoso has returned to Mexico to resume playing with her club team, which has promised to help her recover “normality.”

Hermoso, a Pachuca player in the Mexican league, traveled from Madrid at daybreak to Mexico City before continuing to Pachuca, 90 kilometers to the southwest, to rejoin her club team.

Since the final, she has avoided direct media interviews and will continue to do so in Mexico, at least for now.

As she will be entirely focused on picking up her activities and getting back to normal in her day-to-day life, the athlete will not speak to the media for the time being, the team stated. We value your consideration and observance of her privacy.

Hermoso’s Participation in Pachuca on Sunday is Unknown

On Sunday, Pachuca will compete in round 10 of the Apertura tournament versus Pumas. It’s unclear if Hermoso will be included.

The Pachuca soccer club has provided Jenni Hermoso with the institutional, emotional, and personal support she needs to continue with the Tuzas.

Along with Pachuca, other teams in the league also posted on social media to welcome the world champion to Mexico.

After nine rounds, the Tuzas are ranked 10th out of 18 teams in the premier division. Hermoso joined Pachuca last summer after a long European career, including stops at Barcelona and Atletico Madrid.

Hermoso Initiates a Lawsuit on Rubiales’ Kiss

Hermoso has filed a complaint with the prosecutor’s office on Rubiales’ kiss, who is currently suspended as the head of the Spanish FA.

The prosecutor noted that the allegation will be handled “as soon as possible” after the 33-year-old’s Tuesday hearing.

In addition to the ongoing investigation by Spain’s top sports court for “serious misconduct” and an investigation by FIFA, which has temporarily suspended Rubiales, the complaint could result in criminal proceedings against him.

At the awards ceremony following Spain’s 1-0 victory over England in Sydney on August 20, Rubiales kissed Hermoso.

Hermoso claimed she felt “vulnerable and a victim of aggression” and did not want to be kissed. Hermoso also claimed that the federation pressured her and her family to back Rubiales immediately following the event.

Rubiales described the kiss as “spontaneous, mutual, euphoric, and consensual” despite strong pressure to step down.

The government of Spain, players’ organizations, players, and many Spanish citizens have publicly backed Hermoso, but Rubiales has steadfastly refused to step down.

On August 27, FIFA suspended Rubiales for his belligerent statement at his federation’s general congress, in which he claimed he was the target of a “witch hunt” by “false feminists.”
