Vincent Kompany, the manager of Burnley, won’t be allowed on the sidelines during their upcoming Premier League match against Brighton.

This comes as a result of his criticism of a referee. Kompany received a two-game touchline ban for his behavior and remarks following a penalty decision in their match against Chelsea.

He expressed dissatisfaction with the standard of refereeing in the Premier League after the game.

Along with the ban, Kompany was also fined £10,000. Burnley is currently second-to-last in the standings, facing relegation, with six games left to play and trailing by six points from safety.
