Real Madrid sensation Jude Bellingham’s exchange with the referee just before his dismissal has circulated widely on social media.

During the match against Valencia at the Mestalla on Saturday, March 2, the closing moments were filled with tension. With the score tied at 2-2, Bellingham appeared to score a header in the 90+9th minute.

However, the goal was disallowed as the referee blew the final whistle while the ball was still in the air. Following this decision, Bellingham protested to the referee and was subsequently shown a red card. According to reports, the Englishman expressed his frustration to the official, saying (via Fabrizio Romano on X):

“It’s a f*cking goal, the ball is in the air. What the f*ck is that.”

Despite the draw, Real Madrid maintains their position at the summit of the La Liga table with 66 points from 27 matches. They hold a seven-point lead over second-placed Girona, although they have played one more game.

The clash with Valencia was marked by intense drama, with goals from Hugo Duro (27′) and Roman Yaremchuk (30′) giving the home side an early advantage. However, Vinicius Junior’s brace (45+7′, 76′) leveled the scores.
