San Francisco took an early lead with Jorge Soler’s leadoff triple, followed by an RBI from LaMonte Wade Jr. Wisely and Mike Yastrzemski contributed RBIs in the second inning, while Soler added another RBI single in the fifth. The Giants extended their lead with Michael Conforto’s two-run double in the seventh inning.
Wisely, who had struggled in recent games with a .171 batting average, approached the game with a focus on enjoying himself and playing freely, which paid off with a standout performance.
