Two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo returned to the court for the Milwaukee Bucks’ matchup against the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday. Antetokounmpo had missed the Bucks’ previous game against the LA Clippers due to a left Achilles injury.

However, he participated in the shoot around and his usual pregame routine ahead of Wednesday’s game, receiving clearance from coach Doc Rivers to play without restrictions.

Rivers emphasized the importance of being cautious despite no set minutes restriction, stating, “There are no minutes restrictions, but we want to be smart tonight for sure.”

Antetokounmpo, who has been averaging 30.8 points on a career-best 61.9% shooting this season, entered the game ready to contribute to the Bucks’ efforts.

Even in Antetokounmpo’s absence on Monday, the Bucks managed to extend their winning streak to six games, marking their longest streak since Rivers assumed the coaching position in January.
