Elijah made his return to the ring at a Wrestling REVOLVER event, where he squared off against ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey in a singles bout. Displaying impressive physical conditioning, it was evident that the former WWE talent had been diligently hitting the gym.
Despite his formidable appearance, Elijah fell short against Mike Bailey, who secured a significant victory over the former Elias. Displeased with the outcome, the former WWE 24/7 Champion launched an attack on Bailey post-match.
During his tenure in WWE, The Drifter enjoyed substantial popularity, captivating audiences with his persona. However, his nearly decade-long stint with the company came to an end last year, leaving many fans disheartened. Reflecting on his departure, Elijah shared his sentiments:
