“Triple H, please reconsider”, “This doesn’t do her justice” – WWE fans express disappointment with 38-year-old RAW star’s booking

Candice LeRae

Triple H has been instrumental in revitalizing the careers of numerous WWE Superstars since assuming control of Creative in July 2022.

However, his handling of Candice LeRae has drawn criticism from fans, prompting many to express their discontent on social media and advocate for better treatment of the 38-year-old. Candice LeRae made her return to the wrestling giant in 2022, shortly after departing from the company.

While her comeback was uncertain initially, the change in leadership, particularly with Triple H overseeing creative responsibilities, played a significant role in convincing the former NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion to re-sign with WWE.

However, fans have been disappointed with the trajectory of LeRae’s storyline since her return. Despite her talent, she has been involved in only one notable feud since September 2022, which was abruptly dropped.

Furthermore, she has predominantly competed in tag team matches alongside Indi Hartwell and has rarely been featured in singles competitions. Even as a tag team, LeRae and Hartwell have struggled to gain significant attention and have often ended up on the losing side of their matches.

Their recent loss to Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark on RAW, which lasted just three minutes, and their defeat against The Kabuki Warriors at the Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event, where their match was relegated to the Kickoff event, have amplified fans’ frustrations.

Many have taken to social media platforms to express their dissatisfaction with LeRae’s booking, with hashtags like #CandiceLeRaeDeservesBetter trending on Twitter/X.
