Lions head coach Dan Campbell provided an update on several injured players on Wednesday, and the news was good for everyone.

Running back Jahmyr Gibbs left practice on Monday with a hamstring injury, but it looks like he won’t be out for long.

“I think we’re going to be fine,” Campbell said on 97.1 The Ticket, according to multiple reporters.

Rookie cornerbacks Terrion Arnold (pectoral) and Ennis Rakestraw (ankle) also left practice. On Tuesday, it was reported that Arnold should be ready for the regular season, and Campbell mentioned that both corners are expected to recover as quickly as Gibbs.

Quarterback Hendon Hooker suffered a concussion during the team’s preseason opener, but Campbell said he’s improving and should be able to play against the Chiefs this weekend.
