Lamar Jackson, the two-time MVP quarterback, returned to the Under Armour Performance Center on Monday for Day 1 of the Ravens’ voluntary offseason program. Monday kicked off Phase 1 of the offseason program, which spans two weeks and focuses on meetings, strength and conditioning, and rehabilitation. Phase 2 will consist of three weeks of on-field workouts, including individual and group drills, while Phase 3 includes four weeks of team-organized OTAs with non-contact drills such as 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11. Jackson’s early engagement sets the tone for a collaborative offseason ahead.
