In the new unauthorized biography about Aaron Rodgers, it mentions that his passes make a distinctive whistling sound that other quarterbacks’ throws don’t. This sound is produced as the ball cuts through the air.

Quinnen Williams, a teammate of Rodgers on the Jets, confirmed that he has heard this sound. Williams also shared that during a walk-through, he almost got hit in the head by one of Rodgers’s fast throws.

Williams discussed more during the interview, noting that many of his teammates have improved this year, and specifically praised edge rusher Will McDonald for his progress from last year.

You’ll see Quinnen Williams in action when the Jets play the 49ers to kick off the 2024 regular season in two weeks.
