Terry McDonough

A neighbor has accused former Cardinals executive Terry McDonough of doing something bad. McDonough, through his lawyer Michael Caspino, says the accusations are not true.

According to Caspino, McDonough’s neighbor used a tractor to ruin his backyard. When McDonough confronted him about it, the neighbor tried to hurt McDonough. But McDonough didn’t touch the neighbor and left.

Now, McDonough is taking legal action against his neighbor for what happened. He plans to sue him for damaging his property and for trespassing.

McDonough’s case against the Cardinals is still going on. The new accusation doesn’t have anything to do with it. However, it could affect how people see McDonough, which his lawyer thinks is wrong.
