The Sunday night matchup between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Dallas Cowboys began after a long weather delay.

The game, originally set to start at 8:20 p.m., was pushed back nearly 90 minutes due to a line of thunderstorms moving through downtown Pittsburgh just before kickoff.

The Steelers were about to be introduced when the delay was announced.

With lots of lightning around Acrisure Stadium, fans moved to the concourse during the hour-long rainstorm.

The teams came back to the field around 9:25 p.m. for a short warm-up, and the game officially started with Pittsburgh kicker Chris Boswell’s kickoff at 9:45 p.m.
