The Chicago Bears have inked wide receiver Dante Pettis to a one-year deal.

The seasoned player, entering his sixth year, previously played for the Bears in 2022 and re-signed for the following season but faced an injury that landed him on injured reserve in August. The Bears announced his latest signing on Friday.

During the 2022 season, Pettis recorded 19 receptions for 245 yards and three touchdowns, two of which were for more than 40 yards. Additionally, he contributed with 18 punt returns for 163 yards.

Throughout his career spanning six seasons with San Francisco, the New York Giants, and Chicago, Pettis has accumulated 71 receptions for 984 yards and 12 touchdowns. He has also handled 31 punt returns, amassing 204 yards.
