Jake Young’s Interview: The Hot-Headed Swindon Town Loanee from Bradford City

Jake Young, a striker for Swindon, talks about his “crazy” first month of the season, which included seven goals and three assists, the decision to move on loan from Bradford to the County Ground, and how he’s learned from his mistakes.

Jake Young must be enjoying his first six games as a Swindon player if you consider that he is just one goal away from posting his best-ever return. In case you were unaware, he has already contributed three assists to his extraordinarily successful start.

His primary feeling was relief when, on August 12, against Crewe, the first of his seven goals so far found the back of the net less than two minutes into his league debut.

Jake Young's Interview: The Hot-Headed Swindon Town Loanee from Bradford City

Young, who had been frozen out at Bradford, had only joined the Robins 10 days prior. He signed a three-year contract with Valley Parade last summer, made just three league starts, and then played the second half of the season on loan at Barrow.

Depending on the situation, he might have been lining up for the Bantams against Grimsby on Saturday afternoon.

What happened next demonstrated how that tiny bit of self-assurance brought out the player I know I had and have been eager to display.

It was an absurd feeling to score four points against Crawley. I’ve played in a few doubles over my career, including the week before against Wrexham.

“I had a chance, and I honestly couldn’t sleep that night, wondering whether I would ever get another one. Seven days later, I received one. I was only thinking about getting the hat-trick when the second goal against Crawley went in.

Of course, let’s maintain the perfect record and avoid repeating our errors from last week, but I secretly believed I wouldn’t have a better opportunity to complete the hat-trick.

“The third goal was a wonderful sensation, and the fourth was the icing on the cake. In that game, it seemed like everything I touched found its way into the goal.

There is no finer sensation for a striker. It feels fantastic, but now is not the time to become complacent. This season has nine more months like this one, so nine more would be fine.

Is His Relocation to Wiltshire Only Intended to Make a Point?

Young makes it quite apparent that he will not take anything for granted from how he talks about his time at Bradford. He has the maturity to realize that this is not the only adversity he will face in his career.

Everyone is a confident player, thus, it means a lot to have someone believe in you. You only need that from your manager and team. Being in a good position mentally helps me play the football I know I can on the field since 90% of the game is played in your head.

“Awards, goals, and assists will be noted, and it’s a lovely feeling, but it’s not always to disprove others; it’s more to confirm my conviction that I am a good player.

Spanish Prosecutor “Luis Rubiales” Accuses the President of the Spanish Football Association of Sexual Assault and Coercion

After receiving a kiss on the lips from Spanish FA president Luis Rubiales during her team’s Women’s World Cup final triumph over England, Spain football player Jenni Hermoso filed a complaint against him.

It follows Jenni Hermoso’s Wednesday complaint to the prosecutor’s office. In addition to the ongoing investigation by Spain’s top sports court for “serious misconduct” and an investigation by FIFA, which has temporarily suspended Rubiales, the complaint could result in criminal proceedings against him.

Rubiales could be fined or given a one- to four-year sentence for sexual assault under a sexual consent statute passed last year.

Prosecutors said Friday that Rubiales might have used coercion when, in Hermoso’s account, he allegedly forced her to defend him as soon as the scandal involving his actions broke out.

Judge Rubiales has also been ordered to appear in court by the prosecution to provide initial testimony. If the judge of the National Court accepts to hear the matter, a formal court investigation will follow, with a recommendation that the case be dismissed or tried.

After Spain’s 1-0 triumph over England in the Women’s World Cup final last month, the football player accused Rubiales of sexual assault after he kissed her on the lips.

Hermoso claimed that she felt “vulnerable and a victim of aggression” and did not want to be kissed. The Spain player also claimed that the federation pressured her and her family to back Rubiales immediately following the event.

Rubiales described the kiss as “spontaneous, mutual, euphoric, and consensual” despite strong pressure to step down.

The government of Spain, players’ organizations, players, and many Spanish citizens have publicly backed Hermoso, but Rubiales has steadfastly refused to step down.

Regional FA officials subsequently demanded Rubiales’ dismissal, and this week, Pedro Rocha, the federation’s temporary president, apologized for the “enormous damage” his predecessor’s actions had caused and pledged an organizational restructuring.

The women’s team coach Jorge Vilda, who was spotted cheering Rubiales during his speech in which he refused to resign, was fired on Tuesday and was replaced by Montse Tome, his former assistant.

Vilda: Sacking is ‘Unfair’

Only a few weeks after leading Spain Women to victory in the World Cup, Vilda has called his dismissal as head coach “unfair.”

In an interview with Cadena SER, Vilda stated, “I am as well as you can be, having been sacked after being world champion ten days ago. “I feel that I was fired unfairly, “In terms of sports, I will take all criticism. But I feel it has been unjust to me personally.

“This year has been unique. Although nothing has ever been addressed directly, things that bother me have been implied. Untrue statements have been made.

Regarding his termination, “Peter Rocha and the vice president of equality met with me briefly. ‘Structural alterations’ are cited as the explanation. My conscience is clear after what I’ve accomplished and giving it my all. I don’t get why she was fired. I didn’t believe I merited it.

Vilda’s 11 backroom associates had previously all resigned in opposition to the unfolding Rubiales conflict.

Sky Pundit says ‘he is doing great’, Crystal Palace player should play for England

Hey there! You know, David James, who used to be a goalkeeper in the Premier League, thinks that Sam Johnstone from Crystal Palace should see himself on the England national football team?

Sam Johnstone is one of the three goalkeepers selected for the England national team, and Reece James thinks it is a good decision by coach Gareth Southgate to add him to the squad. Well, it is not a bad idea.

What Did David James Say about Sam Johnstone Being in the England Team?

David James said, “Sam Johnstone is playing really well at Crystal Palace, so he deserves this opportunity.”

Sam Johnstone, we know, is a very good goalkeeper, and he is being picked to play for England’s national team. Reece James, who used to play for England, thinks it is a good choice to have Sam Johnstone on the team because he has been doing well for his club, Crystal Palace. So, Sam Johnstone has a chance to prove he is good enough to be part of the England team.

What Did David James Say about Sam Johnstone Being in the England Team?

Johnstone will understand that he needs to keep playing very well to stay as the goalkeeper for Crystal Palace and keep getting picked for the England national team.

Crystal Palace has a new goalkeeper, Dean Henderson, who wants to be the main goalkeeper. And there Is another goalkeeper, Nick Pope, who wants to play for England too. So, Sam Johnstone has to play really, really good to make sure he keeps his spot on the team. It is like a competition to see who is the best!

Sam Johnstone Can Become the Main Goalkeeper for Crystal Palace

Sam Johnstone has a very good chance to become the first goalkeeper for Crystal Palace after Vicente Guaita left the team. Micah Richards thinks he is a great professional.

While the Eagles have brought Dean Henderson from Manchester United, their coach, Roy Hodgson, says that anyone can actually compete for the goalkeeper position.

Roy Hodgson, the coach of Crystal Palace, has also mentioned something interesting about their goalkeepers. He mentioned that they have more than one good goalkeeper, and they will compete to see who will become the number one goalkeeper for the team. It is like a friendly contest to see who comes out to be the best.

Sam Johnstone may find it a little tough to become England’s top goalkeeper. This is because there are other really good goalkeepers like Jordan Pickford and Aaron Ramsdale.

Paul Merson Compared Kai Havertz to Mesut Ozil, a One Time Arsenal Player that Mikel Arteta Feuded With and Ruthlessly Fired

Mikel Arteta and Mesut Ozil had a difficult working relationship. Havertz, 24, moved to the Gunners from Chelsea in the summer transfer window for £65 million, although he was scoreless in his first five outings for his new team.

During Sunday’s 3-1 victory for Arsenal over Manchester United, he squandered a fantastic opportunity. After a rocky start under Arteta, some Arsenal fans demand for Havertz to be released, but Merson is confident that he will eventually become a superstar.

However, the comparison to Ozil may worry Arsenal supporters because Arteta didn’t get the greatest performance out of the 2014 World Cup champion. Within months of Arteta’s hiring, Ozil was fired from the first-team squad and took a nasty jab at the Spaniard online.

He is playing in a challenging position. He’s not played all that well. Mikel Arteta will be by his side. Although Arsenal has won three games and drew one, he lacks confidence. You spent that cash and risked your safety to go after him.

To the top goes the cream. I’m a big fan, however, I did comment when he was signed that he reminded me of Mesut Ozil. The issue is that. He doesn’t appear overly interested if things aren’t going smoothly. That is not the case; it only seems that way.

However, Arteta and Ozil were known to argue. Arsenal first hired Arteta in December 2019; he had Ozil in mind. Nevertheless, despite being the best-paid player at the club, he never played again for the Gunners after the Covid epidemic.

Ozil was dropped by Arteta from his Premier League and Europa League teams, and he didn’t return to first-team action until he signed for Fenerbahce in January 2021. In an interview with Mirror Football, Ozil’s agent, Dr. Erkut Sogut, stated, “I just ask for fair treatment like with any other player.”

After Arsenal lost 5-0 to Manchester City in August 2021, there was a rift between Arteta and Ozil. After the game, Ozil used the phrase “trust the process” in a tweet, imitating Arteta, who frequently used it in his first few months in charge of Arsenal.

Alan Pardew Praises Arsenal Midfielder Declan Rice

Chelsea acquired Caicedo from Brighton for a transfer cost of £115 million (Sky Sports). Rice is paid at Arsenal a weekly salary of $240,000 (Spotrac), costing the club £100 million (ESPN).

Compared to Caicedo, who had one year, Declan Rice has been performing that duty for three to four years while sitting in front of the back four, according to Pardew.

“You were aware of his good character, and winning is why he has a good character. And that was evident.

Arteta is Seriously Considering Benching a £30 Million Arsenal Player

Following the international break, Mikel Arteta may bench Aaron Ramsdale in favor of giving David Raya his Arsenal debut. Since his £24 million transfer from Sheffield United in 2021, Ramsdale became the Gunners’ starting center-back.

According to the Daily Mail, the Spanish goalkeeper, who has performed admirably in practice since his arrival, might now be allowed to play instead of Ramsdale. Since Raya’s arrival, the Arsenal No. 1 has been pressured to maintain his status as the team’s starting goalkeeper.

Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville openly questioned Arteta’s choice to bring in such formidable opposition for Ramsdale before the 2023–24 season.

Neville gave his assessment on Sky Sports, saying: “I’ve said this before, but I’m not a fan of competition for goalkeepers; I think you need a clear No.1 and then a clear No.2. That is my opinion after having had that experience at United.

During Arsenal Training, David Raya Stands Out

The issue is that you wind up in a situation where you ask, “Will they then play the next guy the next week?” every time a goalkeeper makes a mistake, which they invariably do.

Once you do that, you’ve weakened the situation and put everyone on the team in what I believe to be a very tough position: your back four isn’t stable, and both goalkeepers are a little spooked and fearful that if they make a mistake, they’ll lose the game.

However, Partey’s groin injury could keep him out for up to six weeks; Arsenal switched back to their usual defense from the season before and inserted Gabriel Magalhaes into the starting lineup.

Many pundits disagreed with Arteta’s choice to attempt something different in defense and criticized the Gunners manager for the shift.

A Benching of Aaron Ramsdale Would Seem Cruel

According to the article, there is a ‘growing feeling’ inside Arsenal that Arteta may go to Raya soon. This is because Raya, who joined Arsenal from Brentford last month, is said to have ‘truly impressed’ during training sessions.

This prospective departure from Arteta is reported to have been brought on by Raya’s propensity to pass out while sitting on the bench.

Raya has signed a £3 million loan with Arsenal, but there is a potential £27 million permanent transfer clause.

Ramsdale didn’t have a great season last year, but thus far, he hasn’t been a big issue. The possibility of Ramsdale being benched in favor of Raya, a tremendously impressive stopper, was always going to arise with the signing of Raya, though.

What Liverpool Owners FSG Really Want to Do With Mohamed Salah is Shared By Michael Owen in “Deep Down”

“Deep down,” says Michael Owen. Mohamed Salah is wanted by the owners of Liverpool, FSG, despite reports that he may sign with Al-Ittihad of Saudi Arabia. Al-Ittihad Would Salah transfer Al-Ittihad?

Even though the transfer window is still open, Al-Ittihad is making every effort to sign a player, despite Owen’s admission that he “isn’t convinced” Liverpool’s best player will stay.

The former striker continued by saying that the FSG are “under pressure” from the fans and that it wouldn’t look good if they allowed Salah to leave.

Will Salah Make Al-Ittihad Move?

Al-Ittihad are doing everything they can to recruit Mohamed Salah. At the same time, the Saudi Pro League transfer market is still open, despite Owen’s admission that he “isn’t convinced” Liverpool’s star player would stay.

The former striker said, “Fenway Sports Group (FSG) are ‘under pressure’ from the Liverpool fans, and it wouldn’t be a good look if they allowed Salah to leave now,” he told Premier League Productions.

According to Sky Sports, the Reds appear to have rejected a £150 million transfer deal for the 31-year-old at this time, but they will still make another offer.

Jurgen Klopp doesn’t benefit from this because the English summer transfer season is closed, and his club has made a solid start; the last thing he needs is for such a significant player to depart.

Mohamed Salah

It would be intriguing to see how the decision-makers at Anfield respond if a transfer fee of more than £200 million is put on the table for Salah as Liverpool did with Jordan Henderson and Fabinho.

I don’t know if he’ll still be (at Liverpool after the Saudi window ends),” said Owen. As we saw, a player was furious after being replaced just a few games ago at Stamford Bridge. I seriously doubt that he found that enjoyable.

Mo Salah will surely benefit from leaving, but I’m unsure if he would want to. Nevertheless, he is a very wealthy man. From Liverpool’s perspective, the most important thing is that even if a very alluring offer came in, let’s say £200 million, for a 31-year-old, it’s a pretty alluring offer.

The issue is that FSG is weak since the fans are dissatisfied with the ownership. They might feel some pressure if they decide to sell one of their greatest players. It’ll be a fascinating one. They will think, “Wow, that’s too good to turn down.”

Where else are you going to find those objectives, though? It’s very challenging because even after a thorough search and spending £100 million on someone, it doesn’t guarantee the results he constantly produces.

Liverpool Fans and FSG

There is a rocky connection between the club’s owners and fans, with many feeling resentful and upset that they don’t support Klopp enough.

They cannot dispute given the work FSG has done at Anfield, the new training facility, and maintaining the club’s financial stability.

However, many believe Klopp deserved greater support in the transfer market for all he has accomplished for Liverpool, including ending their 30-year title drought.

Ian Wright Gives a Brief Four-word Opinion on Tottenham’s Summer Signing

Pundit Ian Wright was very happy with Manor Solomon’s performance. He thought the Tottenham Hotspur winger did a very nice job when they played against Burnley on Saturday.

Ian Wright carefully observed how good Manor Solomon was as he helped Tottenham Hotspur win against Burnley during the weekend.

Wright said more about this on The Kelly and Wrighty Show for Premier League Productions, and this took place on the 4th of September.

Ian Wright on ITV Sport (Credits: Daily Post Nigeria)

He was very happy talking about a player from Tottenham, Son Heung-min. Son scored three beautiful goals (a hat-trick), and he made things really hard for Burnley in the game.

After that, the focus was moved to Solomon, who is from Israel. He is the person that helped set up two goals in Tottenham’s big 5-2 win over Burnley.

Pundits Wright and Owen Hargreaves were really impressed with Solomon. He did a good job in his first league start for Spurs and left a good impression.

Hargreaves said that Solomon looked really good, was he not? He was clearly impressed with Solomon.

Wright also added, “He was very, very good.” It is clear that both Hargreaves and Wright were in agreement about how good Solomon played.

“Solomon was really, really good the way he plays.” It sounds like he was very pleased with his entire performance.

Manor Solomon Played Well, Exactly as the Team Wanted Him to Play

Richarlison was not quite ready to start the game, which is why he stayed on the bench. This meant that Son Heung-min was the one who played in the front position.

The coach, Ange Postecoglou, agreed to put Solomon on the left side of the field. This was at the beginning of the game, and it turned out to be the right choice for Tottenham.

Solomon was always seen to be a big problem for the other team, and the two assists he made clearly show how good he is when it comes to helping the team score goals.

He actually played really well in the game, and it happened less than a day after Tottenham signed Brennan Johnson, a player who plays forward from Nottingham Forest.

Tottenham signed a new player from Wales, Brennan Johnson, who can also play on the sides of the field. So, Solomon wanted to show that he was very good when he got the chance to begin in the Premier League for the first time with Tottenham.

He played very well, and this has made the coach, Postecoglou, think a lot about what he is going to do when Richarlison is back in his full form and Johnson, who we know is comfortable playing with the team.

Tottenham and Solomon Have Not Yet finalized His Contract.

Tottenham signed Solomon to a five-year deal this summer, and they first made it known that it did not cost them any money to get him.

Solomon was able to stop his contract with Shakhtar Donetsk because of the fight that was going on in Ukraine. Even at that, his contract with them was supposed to end in December anyway.

Tottenham has been having talks with Shakhtar so they can understand how to pay them the money they still want, as reported by The Athletic.

Shakhtar is demanding €6.5 million (which falls around £5.6 million) for Solomon, but Tottenham has suggested giving them a part of the money they can possibly realize if they sell Solomon to a different team in the near future.

No matter what amount Tottenham and Shakhtar agree on, it is already clear that  Solomon will be a very good deal if we consider the prices in today’s market.

Ian Wright Believes Liverpool Missed Out on a Top Defender Who is Now Playing for Rivals, and That is ‘Not Good Enough’

As of the time of the summer transfer window, AS Roma and their manager, Jose Mourinho decided not to sign Tottenham Hotspur’s goalkeeper Hugo Lloris.

This information came from the Italian news source Il Messaggero.

Tottenham Hotspur Offered Hugo Lloris to AS Roma

A news report from Il Messaggero made it known that AS Roma had the chance to bring in two goalkeepers, Hugo Lloris and Kasper Schmeichel, to play for their team.

If AS Roma had decided to sign the goalkeeper from Tottenham, he would have joined his former coach, Mourinho, at the Stadio Olimpico. However, Mourinho seems to be happy with their present goalkeeper Rui Patricio. He is, for now, the team’s number-one keeper.

Lloris can never pretend to be okay with this news in disguise because he is currently looking for a new team to play for.

Sometime in June, he told Nice-Matin that he wanted to go for a new adventure because he had been playing in North London for eleven years, which was long enough.

Lloris can still find the new team he is looking for, but it is becoming hard for him because most transfer windows are now closed. He is earning around £100,000 per week, according to Spotrac.

Joining Roma Could Have Been a Good Choice for Lloris

Lloris sees it very disappointing that the move to Roma did not come to pass. He could have been changed to play under Mourinho again, and Roma has been coming up well since Mourinho became their coach.

Even though Roma is having some problems right now, they had a good season last year. They ended up in sixth place in Serie A and even reached the final of the Europa League, which was a significant achievement for them.

Mourinho’s team also managed to win the Europa Conference League in the 2021/22 season, which clearly shows that they have been performing very well in recent years under his lead.

For some reasons that are not known, the Stadio Olimpico did not want Lloris, so he will have to look for another team to play with.

In another news, a well-known Pundit, Ian Wright, said that Manor Solomon, a player from Tottenham Hotspur, did a great job when they played with Burnley on Saturday.

Ian Wright observed how good Manor Solomon played. He helped Tottenham Hotspur win very easily against Burnley over the weekend.

Wright said this on The Kelly and Wrighty Show for Premier League Productions on the 4th of September.

Ivan Toney Transfer, Nicolas Pepe Examination, Evan Ferguson Claim: Live Arsenal News

Thomas Partey, a standout for Arsenal, may miss up to six weeks due to a groin injury. The Gunners stated Partey sustained a groin injury earlier in the week; thus, he was not included in the matchday squad that defeated Manchester United on Sunday.

According to the most recent sources, the 30-year-old might play again following the international break in October.

Nicolas Pepe, who plays for Arsenal, might go to a team called Besiktas in Turkey this week. He did not want to join them earlier this summer, but now it looks like Arsenal might sell him to them for a fair amount.

Before moving to Besiktas, Pepe will have a medical exam. Jorginho’s agent also stated that the 31-year-old is just concerned about Arsenal and has never considered leaving the team.

Fenerbahce was rumored to be interested in signing Jorginho. Still, with Partey’s recent setback with an injury, Mikel Arteta will likely look to the Italian midfielder and Declan Rice to serve as the Gunners’ midfield’s rock.

Jorginho Discusses Arsenal’s Thrilling 3-1 Victory Over Manchester United

In a very interesting match where Arsenal came from behind to beat Manchester United 3-1 on Sunday, September 3, Jorginho only got to play for one minute. But he was very happy about the win! Arsenal scored two late goals from Declan Rice and Gabriel Jesus to secure the victory and get complete three points.

The unexpected victory for Arsenal over Erik ten Hag’s Red Devils prompted the Italian midfielder to post on Instagram in response:

United took the lead in the 27th minute on a powerful shot from Marcus Rashford. 35 seconds later, Martin Odegaard swiftly brought the home team at the Emirates back into the game.

Jesus then came off the bench to seal the victory five minutes after Rice scored his first goal for the team in the 90+6th minute. The North Londoners are now in sixth place in the league going into the break.

Arsenal Should Not Sell Jorginho

The Gunners should stick onto Jorginho at least until January, even if a big offer for him came through and he wanted to leave.

Partey is not fit to play right now, as we mentioned earlier. However, Jorginho is a player who has a lot of experience, and he can be a good addition to this Arsenal team.

It might be useful before Arsenal’s first Champions League campaign since the 2016–17 campaign, a competition the Italy international has unquestionably won.

Arsenal Shouldn't Sell Jorginh

Overall, Mikel Arteta could not replace Jorginho now that the transfer window in England has closed because he still has a lot to give.

The Spaniard will likely favor players like Rice and Martin Odegaard in the middle of the field, but Jorginho may still contribute this season, especially with Partey out injured.

Jorginho might not want to go and play in Turkey as it stands. He used to play for Chelsea and even started games for both Arsenal and another team in London last season. This shows that he is still a good player who can play really well.

A BBC Pundit Said a 24-year-old Player Has Recently Delivered His Finest Performance While Playing for Liverpool

Pundit Leon Osman had a lot of good things to say about Liverpool’s striker, Darwin Nunez. This was after he watched his great performance in the match against Aston Villa earlier.

Leon Osman, a great Pundit of Football, thought Darwin Nunez did really well this afternoon when Liverpool played against Aston Villa at Anfield. This was a game Liverpool won easily.

Liverpool was much better than Unai Emery’s team. Dominik Szoboszlai did not waste time to score a fantastic goal for Liverpool to start the game.

Liverpool equalized their second goal when Darwin Nunez kicked the ball towards the goal, but it hit the post and then bounced off Matty Cash and went straight into the net.

Mohamed Salah scored another goal to make it 3-0. He secured an easy win for Liverpool team. This is their third consecutive win in the Premier League.

Nunez did not score any goals today. He might have felt frustrated because he could not put the ball in the net. This happened just a week after he scored two goals in another game against Newcastle United.

Nunez tried his best to score by taking five shots, but he did not target very well to make them go into the goal. All he did was to hit the goal frame (the woodwork) two times but still did not manage to score.

Nunez is always a player that the other team is careful. This is because he is really good at creating good chances. However, he still needs to work on scoring goals more regularly.

Pundit Leon Osman, that once played for Everton, has told BBC Sport that this game was Nunez’s best game.

Osman said Darwin Nunez played well today, and he admired it. “He was a very good as I have ever seen him so far in the team.” Osman was very impressed with Nunez.

It is Time for Darwin Nunez to Plan More in Playing for Liverpool Team

Nunez seemed to get better with two beautiful goals that helped Liverpool secure a win over Newcastle.

Nunez did not score many goals against Villa, but he can still be a big threat on the field based on how good he is.

It is Time for Darwin Nunez to Plan More in Playing for Liverpool Team
Nunez celebrating a goal (Credits: The Liverpool Offside)

What we hope to see now is Nunez getting even more chances to play as the main striker for Liverpool team.

Liverpool has other good players like Cody Gakpo and Diogo Jota, who are very good in the middle, but right now, it is also important to give Nunez the chance to be the main striker.

It is clear that this 24-year-old player has many skills, and he can show even more of it if he gets to play in the team all the time.

Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp should allow Nunez to keep playing for the team after the break. He should trust that Nunez will play well as he did against Newcastle in the future.

Liverpool Midfielders’ £150,000-A-Week Blow to Chris Sutton

Chris Sutton gushed over Liverpool midfielder Alexis Mac Allister. In the summer of 2023, Mac Allister switched from Brighton and Hove Albion to Liverpool.

According to former Everton player Leon Osman, Alexis MacAllister was Liverpool’s acquisition and the summer’s top signing.

The Reds were to sign several players during the summer transfer window. They probably would have done so because last year’s pitch was stale.

But because so many players left, Anfield suggests that Jurgen Klopp’s hand was forced. That held for the midfield in particular. At the end of their contracts in the summer, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, James Milner, and Naby Keita quit their respective teams.

A need for additions arose because they were followed out the door by starting midfielders Fabinho and Jordan Henderson, bringing the total number of midfield departures to five.

Mac Allister, who it looked like the entire Premier League was wanting, was the first player Klopp signed after taking over at Brighton.

Dominik Szoboszlai was acquired by Liverpool, and later in the transfer window, Wataru Endo and Ryan Gravenberch were acquired by them.

At this stage in the season, the former pair are regulars, while Endo has made one start and two substitute appearances, and Gravenberch is to play because of how soon after the Reds’ final game he moved.

Osman Believes that Mac Allister Will Sign this Summer

However, Mac Allister is receiving the plaudits, especially from Osman, a one-time Everton player. The Toffees legend sees that acquisition to be the season’s best signing.

Mac Allister

On Premier League Productions, he declared, “Alexis Mac Allister is who I’m going for.” “I think £35–40m for a World Cup champion; I think he is on an upward path; his form is improving. We discussed Tonali for £50 million, and for the price, I think Liverpool struck.

Newcastle probably signed him largely because of his experience competing in top-tier European competition.

But Liverpool acquired a player who was instrumental in a World Cup victory and has excelled in the Premier League for the past two seasons. In the middle of the park, he is already forged a strong alliance with another newcomer, Szoboszlai.

Roy Keane Talks About Arsenal’s Decision to Spend £30 Million After Some People Got Mad

A one-time Manchester United legend, Roy Keane, spoke on Sky Sports before his former club faced Arsenal this afternoon.

During the interaction on Sky Sports, the topic of Arsenal’s goalkeeping recruitment was brought up. And it was pointed out all the changes they made this summer.

The Gunners made some moves during the summer transfer window. At first, they sold Matt Turner to Nottingham Forest. Again, they arranged a £3 million loan deal to bring David Raya from Brentford.

As part of the deal, Arsenal can make David Raya’s move a permanent one next summer, and they can do this for £27 million.

The decision to spend a £30 million package, which is a big money on David Raya has been seen as bold because Arsenal already had a good-to-go number-one goalkeeper, Aaron Ramsdale.

Roy Keane likes the idea of Arsenal getting David Raya, even though they already have a good goalkeeper in Aaron Ramsdale. He thinks having strong players in every position is good for the team.

Keane also said that he finds it a bit strange that some people are actually upset about this move. He thinks that having competition in the team makes all the players try their very best to become better players.

He thinks it is strange that some people, especially former goalkeepers on TV, do not like having two good goalkeepers in one team. He believes that competition that players compete to be the best, is good for a team.

This is because it makes everyone work harder to become better. So, he is speechless as to why some goalkeepers do not like it when a new good goalkeeper joins their team.

Having David Raya on the Team Will Make Aaron Ramsdale Work Harder to Become the Best

Keane was likely talking about Ben Foster when he mentioned goalkeepers with strong opinions on this topic.

Ben Foster, who was once Manchester United goalkeeper, said earlier this week that Arsenal’s decision to sign Raya was very ‘pathetic.’

Ben Foster thinks that having Raya on the team might make Ramsdale nervous because he will feel like any mistake might replace him with Raya as the starting goalkeeper.

Well, what we think Arsenal really need is an outstanding performance from all their players in every position. if they want to have a good chance at competing for the Premier League title, especially against a strong team like Manchester City.

Bringing in Raya, whom we know for being really good at using his feet as a goalkeeper, Arsenal believes that this will motivate Ramsdale to become a better player. They also believe this will make the whole team stronger and even more competitive.

However, if Ramsdale does not improve his skills, Arsenal has a good replacement in Raya. Mikel Arteta is willing to make strong decisions to make sure that his team succeeds.
